We are an established game studio based in the South East of England.

With a growing team of highly experienced developers, we focus on creating the exceptional and innovative games of the future. We’re currently working with a AAA publisher in the early stages of a major new project as well as our own IP.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit cameras for game cinematics.  
• Help drive storytelling through effective use of framing, lens choice and edit.  
• Work with the Art Director / Game Director to achieve the desired look and style. 
• Work closely with the wider development team to improve workflows and processes. 

Qualifications/Skills

• A strong portfolio of camera work for film, TV and/or games. 
• In-depth understanding of lighting and composition. 
• A technical mind and ability to problem solve. 
• A collaborative, creative and process driven approach. 
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. 

Required Experience

• 2+ years experience as a camera operator / creator, cinematographer, or editor in either real world or digital productions. 
• In-depth understanding and practical experience in cinematography. 
• Ability to speak the language of film and apply the psychology of camera work. 
• Expert knowledge of physical cameras, lenses (focal length, aperture, focus etc). 
• Comfortable with editing and understanding of its use in emotional storytelling. 

Bonus Skills

• Experience with a real time engine such as Unreal Engine, or similar (UNITY, CryEngine, Frostbite, etc). 
• A passion for storytelling.
