At Ballistic Moon a Senior Technical Animator is responsible for the Technical Animation systems for our game titles. This includes the creation, iteration, and delivery of all Rigs & Skinning of content in the game, including creatures, non-human & mechanical entities. Responsibilities also include the implementation and maintenance of the Unreal Engine aspect of the pipeline.
As a Senior Technical Animator you will be expected to work under the direction of the Technical Art Director and the Animation Director, as well as provide mentoring and feedback for more junior members of the team. As a Senior, you are expected to help set the standard for both visual quality, performance and processes within the team, utilising your experience to drive both the quality bar and content delivery pipelines. You will be part of a motivated and disciplined team, tasked with bringing our game worlds to life, all the while driving visual quality.
