- Ability to build and support AAA content to the requirements of the game
- Experienced working with change control software (e.g. Perforce)

- Comfortable taking on the responsibility of delivery for the Tech Art team as and when required (i.e. Lead is unavailable)

- Shipped at least one AAA title as a Technical Artist, completing a full development cycle
